At the heart of our intervention, a double-height space will radically transform the experience of the interior environments. By removing existing floor slabs, we will create an open and airy space that extends vertically, imparting a sense of spaciousness and brightness to the home. The beams supporting the structure will not just be structural elements, but will evoke the branches of a tree, with their sinuous and natural design lending a unique and organic character to the spaces.

On the ground floor, directly connected to the outdoors, a resin floor will be installed, blending modern aesthetics with lasting functionality. Additionally, given the discovery of a natural spring on site, water collection systems will be implemented to ensure sustainable management of water resources.
